Key Responsibilities

  • •Work a queue of delinquent accounts to collect arrears and bring customer accounts up to date within agreed borrowing terms.
  • •Make tele-calls (approximately 100–150 daily) and maintain regular contact with customers to collect overdue payments.
  • •Negotiate repayment plans and propose settlement negotiations for seriously delinquent balances.
  • •Follow up on customer promises to ensure payments are received and escalate irregularities, including potential skips and fraud cases, to the TL.
  • •Update latest customer contact details in Finn1 and raise maintenance requests; route difficult cases to the Team Leader and achieve communicated performance targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum graduate qualification.
  • •Product knowledge to support collections activities.
  • •Working knowledge of collection systems/tools such as Finn1 and Banksys, Osoolsys, and Select.
  • •PC literate with the ability to update customer details and maintain records.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an assertive approach.
