Job Summary

Develop and manage end-to-end materials planning, including make-vs-buy decisions, capacity, scheduling, inventory, and related cost elements. Analyze customer demand and forecast inputs to execute build-to-order/build-to-forecast plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support best-cost strategies and 100% on-time delivery. Own inventory accuracy with finance and implement purchasing/material control systems, while driving sourcing strategy, supplier scorecards, and department budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and manage a fully integrated cross-functional planning process covering make-vs-buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, and cost elements.
•Analyze demand and forecasts to execute build-to-order and build-to-forecast plans.
•Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop best-cost strategies for production planning to support customer demand.
•Implement and manage systems for inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control, and ensure accurate inventory counts in partnership with Finance.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategy, manage supplier relationships, run supplier scorecards, and coordinate with operations to achieve on-time delivery.
