Senior Project Schedule/Controls Specialist will lead cost administration, scheduling, and earned value reporting for infrastructure projects in Panama City. You will develop cost controls, track performance against budgets, coordinate with engineering, accounting, and subcontractors, and ensure robust change management through WBS structures. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with bilingual English/Spanish, on-site in Panama City.
