  • •Perform technical airworthiness planning, tracking, and verification in a digital environment, including tailoring certification processes.
  • •Conduct functional/process analyses, requirements allocation, and definition studies with program engineers and customer representatives.
  • •Facilitate technical reviews across total system design, development, and test processes, and guide design development toward compliance approvals.
  • •Develop and maintain airworthiness activities interconnected with system requirements, program schedules, flight test point matrix, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or an aviation-related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of airworthiness engineering experience.
  • •Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with DoW and FAA airworthiness authorities.
  • •Experience with DoW airworthiness policy directives, instructions, and airworthiness bulletins (e.g., MIL-HDBK-516, Seek Eagle Process, WSESRB/NNMSB).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret-level security clearance.
