Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to keep plant equipment operating continuously. Direct workers in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and troubleshooting, monitor production equipment, and plan preventive maintenance schedules. Interpret safety policies and company regulations, order required parts, and support improvement of equipment performance and product quality. Lead weekly maintenance meetings, drive decisions using KPIs, and manage a digital PM and CMMS work order system.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate workers responsible for setup, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery.
•Assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and observe production equipment to identify causes of trouble.
•Interpret company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
•Plan and implement schedules for routine and preventative maintenance, assigning and monitoring personnel.
•Manage digital PM and work order system (CMMS), conduct weekly maintenance meetings, and use KPIs to drive decision making.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or equivalent training plus 5+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (or equivalent combination).
•Ability to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
