Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and govern the incentive framework for CSMs, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day compensation governance and escalations.
  • •Manage end-to-end quota issuance operations and maintain user attribute accuracy across systems to ensure correct, timely quota assignments at scale.
  • •Develop and maintain data pipelines required for accurate and timely attainment calculations, ensuring data integrity across compensation systems.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks, data errors, and process gaps to drive continuous improvements in tooling, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
  • •Partner with Sales, Renewals, Business Intelligence, Strategy & Operations, and Finance to align compensation schedules, data inputs, and cross-team workflows; analyze performance data and provide updates and recommendations.

Key Requirements
