Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary data partner for Product, Engineering, and Business leaders across Revenue and Merchandising.
•Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from defining metrics and building dashboards to conducting deep-dive analyses.
•Integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate SQL/Python code generation and analytics automation.
•Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to evaluate new features, algorithms, and merchandising campaigns.
•Analyze live shopping (Shows) engagement and optimize marketplace merchandising using supply/demand, search/discovery, and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in data analytics/data science with strong preference for e-commerce, marketplaces, or live streaming.
•Expert-level SQL proficiency and strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
•Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to write and optimize queries and troubleshoot analytics code.
•Advanced experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
•Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and causal inference techniques.
