Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly reporting packages, including actuals, variance analysis, and commentary against budget and forecast.
  • •Support month-end closing activities by monitoring accruals, invoice payments, prepayments, and re-classes.
  • •Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting by collecting, consolidating, and validating financial data.
  • •Maintain and update financial models, trackers, and dashboards; perform reconciliations and investigate variances.
  • •Partner with regional stakeholders for inputs and ad hoc queries; contribute to process improvement, standardisation, and automation using digital/AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role, including internships (strong graduates welcome).
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • •Fluent English for daily work with international stakeholders.
  • •Exposure to FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting) and familiarity with BI/planning tools (Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning, TM1) or willingness to learn.
