Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Renuity’s monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation across a multi-entity structure.
  • •Own corporate technical accounting policy and provide technical accounting leadership for complex or non-routine transactions through documentation and memos.
  • •Manage the annual external audit relationship, including audit planning, PBC list management, technical memo support, and issue resolution.
  • •Evaluate and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting in a growing, PE-backed environment.
  • •Build and lead the Corporate Accounting team and partner cross-functionally with FP&A and Financial Shared Services on reporting alignment, process standardization, and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required.
  • •8+ years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm preferred) and industry experience.
  • •Deep technical U.S. GAAP expertise across areas such as revenue recognition, leases, fixed assets, internal-use software, credit losses, and cash flow classification.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing external auditor relationships and leading complex audit engagements.
  • •Proven people-management experience to develop and lead a team of accounting professionals.
