Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to advise clients at strategic levels.
  • •Provide big-picture and tactical guidance on technology-enabled business outcomes.
  • •Lead client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, AI adoption at scale and be responsible for the project management and associated deliverables.
  • •Develop and evolve employee centric experience and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
  • •Support the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions.
  • •Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on workplace and employee experience strategies.
  • •Proven ability to lead client engagements and teams, driving innovation, collaboration, productivity improvements, and AI adoption at scale.
  • •Experience with digitally enabled collaboration and knowledge management, including M365 technology and capability.
  • •Willingness to travel interstate for project requirements.
