Key Responsibilities

•Provides guidance to lower level professional staff.
•Leads the production team on specific tasks or projects. Leads process improvement, vendor development, and initiative implementation. Contributes to complex projects and carries out assignments independently.
•Solves moderately complex production problems and develops creative solutions based on the evaluation of multiple options. Uses expertise to influence decisions. Ensures continuous improvement in delivery performance for assigned vendors to meet production goals.
•Reviews and analyzes production reports with vendors. Communicates issues to relevant departments. Keeps internal systems and related LOs/HO updated accurately in timely manner.
•Provides vendors with updates for any relevant production documents and ensures that vendors follow accordingly. Frequently visits factories to review production status and work with vendors on issue prevention and resolution.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
•Typically requires 5-8 years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
•Travel: Moderate - 25%
