Key Responsibilities

•Drive logistics operations excellence by aligning business stakeholder priorities with floor teams.
•Manage system integration between SAP and external WMS systems using hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
•Perform inventory reconciliation: stock counts, annual checks, audits, and physical vs. system reconciliation.
•Resolve blocked inventory by conducting RCAs and following up with stakeholders to clear and release inventory.
•Support logistics execution including stock transport (warehouse-to-warehouse, plant-to-plant, sample order processing, special sales) and pallet destruction; identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years’ experience in logistics operations, especially warehousing and invoice operations with awareness of logistics transactions.
•Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP EWM (required).
•Experience with interface between SAP and external WMS systems and resolving SAP/EWM queue issues.
•Hands-on, customer-centric work attitude with a bias toward action.
•Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; must fluently speak English.
