Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as deputy to the Global Events Security Manager, ensuring continuity and leadership across all event security activities.
  • •Support the planning and execution of security operations for major events (e.g. Annual Meeting, AMNC), in close coordination with the Global Events Security Manager.
  • •Independently lead and deliver security planning and operations for smaller and mid-sized events.
  • •Oversee security concepts and operational plans across the event portfolio.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Swiss and international law enforcement, and vendors; provide on-site leadership during events, including team coordination and incident management.

Key Requirements

  • •Academic degree or equivalent and previous experience in security, law enforcement or military.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and German; additional language is an asset.
  • •Strong organizational skills and experience in project management.
  • •Very good command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Experience working in security, events or related field.
