  • •Effectively utilizes technology and collaborates with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • •Keeps abreast of changes in law, technology, local rules and other procedural requirements affecting liability and recovery litigation.
  • •Possesses subject matter expertise across NTD concentrations and is willing to develop additional concentrations as needed.
