Job Summary

Partner with Sales as a customer-facing product expert, translating customer needs into solutions using Grafana Labs technology. Own complex technical engagements to help close opportunities, deliver product and technical presentations, and drive product conversations based on customer problems. Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape, and contribute to enablement through documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base content.
