Job Summary

Design and evolve user experiences for SAP CX cloud solutions, working closely with application units across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing. Build UX concepts and interaction designs for business applications, translate and generalize requirements for scale, and refine design relevance through customer and end-user feedback. Apply user research, usability testing, prototyping, accessibility practices, and information architecture to deliver trusted, simple, personal, helpful, and connected customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Build UX concepts for SAP business applications and work closely with SAP CX application units to ensure design relevance and alignment.
•Define and communicate new application designs and interaction concepts, or extend existing concepts to support competitive customer experiences.
•Expose concepts and designs to customers and end users for feedback, then refine designs to improve trusted, simple, personal, helpful, and connected experiences.
•Abstract and generalize requirements to ensure designs remain relevant and scalable across customer engagement touchpoints in SAP CX solutions.
•Advance and broaden design methodologies and technologies by continuously improving approaches to user research, prototyping, and design system governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,506 - 244,464 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field, plus 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the role or related occupation.
•Alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field, plus 4 years of experience in the role or related occupation.
•4+ years performing user research and usability testing using methods such as interviews, surveys, prototype testing, remote/moderated usability testing, and accessibility testing.
•4+ years creating wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, InVision, Flinto, and Principle, plus advanced visual communication including motion/3D/animation/video editing.
•3+ years producing UI/UX design for immersive technologies including AR, VR, MR, and 3D visualization.
