Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise VP-level senior leaders with independent perspective, challenge, and counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent strategy.
  • •Translate business strategy into an integrated people strategy spanning workforce planning, organizational design, leadership capability, talent, and performance.
  • •Identify emerging organizational risks and opportunities, frame ambiguity, and present clear options and trade-offs to leaders.
  • •Drive and influence organizational interventions to support business objectives, ensuring solutions are scalable and contextually grounded.
  • •Provide executive coaching and consultation, guide leaders through complex transitions, and connect people insights to business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •10+ years of HR experience, including 7+ years as an HRBP/PBP supporting senior leaders in complex, global environments.
  • •Demonstrated expertise across multiple HR disciplines including organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, executive coaching, employee relations, and change management.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior leaders, frame complex organizational problems, and recommend strategic solutions.
  • •Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and shape leadership thinking.
