Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials
  • •Manage stock takes, daily inventory operations, and ensure inventory data accuracy in the integrated inventory management system
  • •Lead follow-up to resolve customer concerns by identifying errors and eliminating root causes with countermeasures
  • •Work with warehouse management to implement warehouse/management systems, best practices, and continuous improvement
  • •Supervise requisitions through to invoice/reimbursements and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3 years relevant experience in warehouse/inventory operations
  • •Strong knowledge of storekeeping and warehousing practices, including maintaining accurate records
  • •Working knowledge of Office MS and ERP, with SAP functional skills preferred/required
  • •Knowledge of warehouse control and inventory control duties
  • •Ability to lead health, safety, and standard operating procedure compliance
