Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee work on the agent platform’s design system and governance processes to support consistent, reusable componentry across the portfolio.
  • •Build and maintain scalable design system components (nested instances, variants, text-properties, booleans, interactive components) and documentation/specs.
  • •Create responsive components and documentation using auto layout, constraints, and interactive connections, applying atomic design principles.
  • •Manage design system version control, access, and publishing through branching controls with a risk-adverse mindset.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and Tech to prioritize roadmaps, keep design/tech libraries in sync, and perform QA on technical builds and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,200 - 163,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • •At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • •Experience leading a design system.
  • •Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners (preferred).
  • •Experience working with an established design system and in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces (preferred).
