Own Headway’s product measurement strategy by defining north-star and input metrics, aligning stakeholders on success criteria, and building conviction in what “good” looks like. Lead cross-team initiatives where the answer isn’t obvious, set the experimentation standard with Bayesian experimentation and causal inference, and develop evaluation systems for complex experiences (e.g., matching, ranking, applied AI). Scale durable analytics assets like semantic definitions, dashboards, monitoring, and templates, while mentoring analytics partners.
