Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete order placement by receiving and transmitting orders and communicating order information to internal and external customers.
  • •Perform end-of-day reconciliation between front and back office for trades and settlements, coordinating for portfolio reconciliation with fund administration.
  • •Produce and file daily/weekly/monthly trade reports and log communications for tracking and timely reporting.
  • •Review and monitor client portfolios to highlight relevant information such as corporate actions and dividend pay-outs while meeting required standards.
  • •Conduct compliance checks on trade orders to ensure trades conform to applicable regulations and support first-line customer problem resolution.
