Key Responsibilities

  • •Haul feed and agronomy products to local customers in Fairfax; routes are local and drivers are home each night.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
  • •Conduct and record repairs and daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance; inspect in-use equipment.
  • •Ensure on-time, safe, professional deliveries while complying with local, state, and federal laws, including pre-/post-trip reporting, load securement, and hours of service.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of operations and/or trucking operations.
  • •Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
