Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other Engineering discipline.
•8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within twelve months if not currently registered in California.
•15+ years of experience which reflect a progressively increasing level of leadership and responsibility.
•Ability to proactively communicate and lead department staff.
