Senior Project Manager

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for complex infrastructure projects in transportation, utilities, and highways. Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, driving delivery to time and cost targets while maintaining quality standards. Establish project governance, develop master plans, manage budgets and change control, monitor risks with mitigations, and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement across all project stages.
