Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions for end-to-end service delivery, often for large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Establish project governance, processes, schedules (master project plan), and monitor performance using KPIs.
  • •Manage budgets, forecast vs. actual costs, and the change control process.
  • •Identify and monitor project risks, implement mitigations, and advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (Civil Engineering), ideally.
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus).
  • •NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation.
  • •Preferred: chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS.
  • •Ability to lead project teams and manage delivery to time, cost, and quality targets.
