Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the electrical engineering scope of capital projects from feasibility through closeout, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
  • •Develop and review electrical system designs, including medium/low-voltage distribution, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, cables, grounding, and protection systems.
  • •Support capital project development activities such as feasibility studies, FEL/FEED deliverables, scope definition, CAPEX estimates, equipment selection, and technical specifications.
  • •Coordinate engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and suppliers to align schedules, deliverables, quality, and costs.
  • •Provide field engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, food processing, chemical, petrochemical, energy, or a similar processing industry.
  • •Experience delivering capital projects involving electrical systems and infrastructure, including FEL/FEED, EPC execution, or brownfield projects.
  • •Knowledge of power distribution and industrial electrical installations, including MCCs, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and electrical safety requirements.
  • •Ability to travel across multiple sites and good written and spoken English.
