Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects including equipment installations, process improvements, and new product introductions; develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure alignment with plant operations, safety, and production schedules; apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive efficiency; track performance across cost, quality, delivery, and safety, and provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
