Key Responsibilities

  • •Create epics and user stories, manage the product backlog, and provide functional support to business, product owner, and the agile team
  • •Perform solution analysis to understand impacts on customer journeys and product functionality
  • •Support technology projects across multiple systems and group businesses/functions from requirement gathering through go-live
  • •Contribute to core banking development and learnability, leveraging at least one technical capability such as cloud, AI, digital, security, microservices, or architecture platform experience
  • •Work in Agile teams using DevOps practices, using tools and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, JIRA, Confluence, with Disciplined Agile and SAFE as preferred

Key Requirements

  • •Techno-functional experience preferably in payments or core banking, or retail or commercial banking
  • •Strong business analysis skills
  • •Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams across multiple locations
  • •Experience in Agile teams using DevOps practices, with working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, JIRA, and Confluence
  • •Product owner and business analysis certification; SAFE Agile certification preferred
