Key Responsibilities

•Teach core engineering design and CAD skills to help clients build job-ready capabilities.
•Help clients strengthen problem solving, technical skills, and research and development abilities.
•Guide clients through certification requirements, project management, and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to engineering work.
•Support clients with resume review, interview preparation, networking strategy, and salary negotiation.
•Host virtual coaching sessions and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in engineering, such as practicing engineer, technical lead, or industry professional.
•Strong track record of solving complex technical problems.
•Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
•Ability to teach core engineering design and CAD skills to clients.
•Experience guiding clients through certification requirements, project management, and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work.
