Job Summary

Translate customer KPIs, trends, and developments into compelling management slides, clear action titles, and concrete recommendations. You analyze and comment on key customer metrics, identify patterns and anomalies, and present decision-ready insights to both operational teams and management. Partner closely with business units, sales channels, Finance, and Analytics to validate insights using data analysis, BI tools, and SQL/Python, bringing the customer perspective to life.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate customer KPIs, trends, and developments into management slides with a clear storyline, charts, and action titles.
•Comment on key customer metrics and derive understandable insights, hypotheses, and concrete recommendations.
•Create audience-appropriate presentations, reporting, and decision-making materials for operational teams up to management.
•Identify patterns, changes, and anomalies in data and present them quickly, structured, and business-focused.
•Collaborate with business units, sales channels, Finance and Analytics to validate statements using data analysis, BI tools, or SQL/Python and make the customer perspective decision-ready.

Key Requirements

•University/University of Applied Sciences degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, marketing, finance, consulting, or a comparable field; experience in the insurance sector.
•Translate complex customer KPIs and data into clear messages, management presentations, and actionable recommendations.
•Recognize trends, patterns, and relationships quickly and communicate them with a strong storyline, action titles, visualization, and business commentary.
•Work confidently with PowerPoint and visualization logic; Power BI and SQL/Python are a plus.
•Strong communication and consulting skills, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, with excellent German (native level) and fluent English.
