  • •Drive performance engineering (throughput optimization, latency reduction, capacity planning, profiling, and scalability improvements).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree (or 4+ years with a PhD), OR 13+ years relevant experience.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, cloud networking, and cloud security services.
  • •Deep expertise in Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems; experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency applications with SLA/SLO commitments.
  • •Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices; strong testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
  • •Experience with performance testing and capacity planning, plus measurable performance improvements (e.g., JVM tuning, caching strategies, database enhancements).
