Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project manager and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
