  • •Lead projects and line-manage staff, supporting junior staff’s training, learning, and career development.
  • •Provide reliable, effective delivery of environmental consultancy services, seeking regular feedback on performance.
  • •Deliver technical direction through robust reviews of others’ technical work with constructive feedback.
  • •Proactively manage complex projects/tasks commercially, including delegation, checking work, and preparing interpretative reports.
  • •Support UK teams with identifying scope, confirming requirements with project managers, and preparing fee proposals for complex projects.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ post-graduate experience in the geo-environmental field, including environmental site assessments and contaminated land risk assessment/remediation for UK sites.
  • •Full understanding of UK contaminated land legislation and guidance.
  • •Be chartered with a British institution (or working towards chartered status within one year).
