Job Summary

Lead and expand TikTok Korea’s agency partnerships, driving agency engagement and regional revenue growth. You’ll manage results-driven sales teams, develop strategic sales plans, and partner with internal Product Marketing, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy teams to tailor digital advertising solutions for e-commerce and non-e-commerce performance. Identify emerging trends in digital ads and e-commerce, conduct market analysis, track sales metrics, and represent TikTok at industry events and client meetings.

•Lead and manage results-driven and fast-growing sales teams in Korea.
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and agency engagement regionally and by country.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor digital advertising solutions for client objectives and optimize e-commerce and non-e-commerce performance.
•Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in digital ads and e-commerce.
•Track sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management; represent TikTok at industry events and client meetings.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in agency sales or account management within digital advertising and/or e-commerce sectors.
•Strong experience working with media agencies and networks/relationships with media agencies in SEA.
•Deep knowledge of digital advertising formats, platforms (e.g., programmatic, social, search), and performance metrics.
•Familiarity with e-commerce business models, marketplaces, and customer acquisition strategies.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with high-level Korean and English for business communication.
