Job Summary

Lead Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) initiatives and drive the delivery of AML and fraud solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and regulatory compliance. Own large, complex solution design work for Fraud/AML platforms in Actimize, review others’ technical plans, and build measurement dashboards to provide performance insight. Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional IT teams on requirements, documentation, implementations, upgrades, and issue resolution, while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead/participate in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Fraud/AML solutions in Actimize while meeting compliance and quality needs.
•Design solutions that can be handed off to lower-level engineers, ensuring reuse of platforms where possible.
•Review technical plans created by lower-level engineers and analysts to ensure high-quality designs that support business partner volumetrics.
•Build comprehensive measurement dashboards to provide performance insight into key bank applications.
•Work on documentation and solution delivery: collaborate with architecture teams, support implementations/upgrades, and help troubleshoot and drive resolution with IT teams.

•Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, and support for Fraud/AML solutions including IFM-X/SAM/CDD/WL-X/CTR.
•Expert-level experience with .NET, Java, or Python and object-oriented programming, plus strong communication and regulatory compliance knowledge.
