Job Summary

Operate liquid livestock feed mill equipment to produce high-quality feed at the Mandan, ND facility. Handle and move feed ingredients, load and unload trucks, and manage loadout by sampling, attaching hoses, and ensuring accurate delivery. Monitor batching/scaling systems, adjust processes to maintain quality and production accuracy, and perform routine maintenance and housekeeping while following safety, quality, and compliance standards to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage the operation of liquid feed mill equipment (mixers and batching systems) to manufacture livestock liquid feed.
•Receive, handle, and move feed ingredients, and load and unload trucks.
•Prepare and manage loadout, including opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate product delivery.
•Monitor batching/scaling systems and adjust processes to maintain feed quality and production accuracy.
•Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the mill clean and safe through daily housekeeping and spill cleanup, while following safety, quality, and compliance standards and coordinating operational planning with the plant supervisor.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, agriculture, or general labor environments.
•Ability to operate machinery such as forklifts and loaders.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED (preferred).
•Forklift certification (preferred).
