Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to players through our ticketing platform with thoughtful, accurate, and empathetic assistance
  • •Investigate account-related issues using internal tools and administrative systems
  • •Help players resolve questions related to gameplay, accounts, payments, trades, and platform features
  • •Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed and help ensure timely resolution
  • •Identify bugs and recurring issues, and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams
