Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural design activities for medium- to high-complexity projects and ensure aesthetic, compliant designs aligned with client needs and standards.
  • •Act as a team leader across projects to complete the full design cycle, including schematic design, detailed design, and preparation of tender documents.
  • •Coordinate concept design teams and refine selected options into schematic and final draft designs, including required drawings and reports.
  • •Coordinate with other design specializations to align design requirements across disciplines throughout schematic and detailed stages.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders for design value engineering and support tender deliverables by working with quantity surveying on specifications, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • •12+ years of industry experience in architectural design for large and complex projects.
  • •In-depth knowledge and proven track record in architectural design, including familiarity with international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Strong experience developing architectural designs for projects with exposure to global best practices and trends.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
