Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain safety training programs, ensure training is documented and reinforced, and conduct safety orientation information and presentations.
  • •Lead facility safety audits, perform risk assessment activities, and implement corrective actions to ensure company and regulatory compliance.
  • •Inspect and test safety equipment (PPEs, eyewashes, showers, fire extinguishers, fire hydrant systems) and enforce safety policies, campaigns, and first-aid training.
  • •Manage ETP/STP/WTP and ensure waste is stored/removed safely with proper documentation; conduct incident investigation and transfer learning.
  • •Maintain EHS documentation for pollution control board/statutory bodies, prepare EHS budgets and monthly MIS against KPIs, and provide emergency response and crisis management.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Chemistry (Science), or Diploma/Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering with a Diploma in Safety (must requirement).
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Bachelors in science degree or Masters in Science/Engineering background (Masters preferred).
  • •Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • •Willingness to travel across the country.
