Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate diaries, meetings, agendas, and actions across multiple stakeholders, including travel bookings and event/team planning.
  • •Provide project administration support such as meeting minutes, action registers, document control, and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
  • •Complete LIDP and local reporting by compiling updates from the team and maintaining accurate trackers, logs, and project documentation.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end new starter onboarding, including welcome communications, induction packs, IT equipment requests, and system access setup.
  • •Provide delegated operational support, which may include preparing sub-consultant agreements, supporting DOA approvals, and coordinating contracts through CLM.

  • •3+ years of experience in an administrative, project, or executive support role, ideally with exposure to project administration or reporting.

  • •Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, with training provided for tools such as CLM, Workbench, and Salesforce.
