Job Summary

Own the operational backbone of a profitable, fast-growing financial-ops platform for construction. Drive revenue operations and finance from Stripe invoicing through payment tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and sales tax compliance. Manage vendor/partner revenue and rev-share payouts, support marketing operations (events, social, assets), and lead high-impact special projects—building lightweight systems and tools to keep processes accurate, timely, and scalable.

•Own end-to-end customer billing and invoicing through Stripe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clean handoffs.
•Track, reconcile, and report revenue and customer payments; follow up on late items and maintain up-to-date revenue/cash visibility.
•Manage sales tax compliance through Numeral and own the billing email.
•Manage vendor and partner revenue tracking and rev-share calculations/payouts to VARs.
•Handle marketing operations (events logistics, social posts, product assets) and take on special projects to build/stand up operational tools.

•Excellent written and verbal communication, with detail-orientation and strong organizational skills.
•Desire to learn, experiment, and use data to iterate on decisions; able to operate independently and efficiently.
