Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end customer billing and invoicing through Stripe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clean handoffs.
  • •Track, reconcile, and report revenue and customer payments; follow up on late items and maintain up-to-date revenue/cash visibility.
  • •Manage sales tax compliance through Numeral and own the billing email.
  • •Manage vendor and partner revenue tracking and rev-share calculations/payouts to VARs.
  • •Handle marketing operations (events logistics, social posts, product assets) and take on special projects to build/stand up operational tools.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in operations at a startup, or proven operational experience at a top-tier consulting firm (open to high-slope new grads).

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with detail-orientation and strong organizational skills.
