Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ISG leadership team with daily priorities and serve as main support for leaders’ everyday requirements, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • •Coordinate Indigenous initiatives and provide administration, event planning, research, and data analysis.
  • •Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and engagements with Indigenous communities, partners, and clients.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, partners, and stakeholders across Canada; act as liaison and brand ambassador.
  • •Contribute content for RFPs, proposals, and marketing materials; track Indigenous dates of significance and related initiatives and communications; support PAIR certification journey.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated administrative and data analytics capabilities with Office 365 tools (including Copilot) and SharePoint site management.
  • •Strong business insight and a customer service orientation, including anticipating leader/client needs, prioritizing, and handling a wide variety of responsibilities.
  • •Knowledge and experience collaborating and/or working with Indigenous communities, organizations, and partners across Canada (strongly preferred).
  • •Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable with minimal supervision; able to track tasks, manage competing priorities, and report progress regularly.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; preference for bilingual (French/English) or multiple language capabilities; insurance or professional services experience is an asset.
