Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain including Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • •Lead process improvements and operational excellence through continuous improvement and Kaizen events.
  • •Partner with Product Quality Engineering to drive and support RCCA burndowns tackling issues in EW production.
  • •Create process flows and documentation for scaling manufacturing (work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements).
  • •Collaborate with Design Engineering and contract manufacturers to support DFx for NPI transitions and develop repeatable processes for prototype and at-scale production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a technical field preferred such as engineering, math, or a hard science.
  • •8+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
  • •Hands-on personal experience physically manufacturing hardware (e.g., machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly); personal projects/extracurricular experience is a plus.
  • •Prior experience with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle (ERP) or equivalents, and experience with RF products requiring system AI&T.
