Provide inpatient and outpatient otorhinolaryngology care while maintaining high professional performance aligned with medical ethics, JCIA standards, and Saudi Ministry of Health regulations. Lead department quality and performance-improvement activities, deliver compassionate patient treatment, conduct ward rounds and multidisciplinary treatment planning, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and manage emergency responses. Supervise junior staff, participate in on-call rotation, support patient education, maintain accurate medical records, and contribute to CME and hospital training.
