Manage and develop Operations Associates through recruitment, performance tools, feedback, and daily leadership aligned to guest experience and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and coach store operations to profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team.
•Lead inventory management, maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink; investigate and escalate root causes.
•Oversee operational execution including shipment/receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion visual standards for the sales floor and support safe, efficient operations through stockroom standards.
•Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development, and use company performance tools to provide constant feedback.
