Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and practice good housekeeping.
  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Complete required training and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Interface with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms; make decisions based on procedures to maintain process control.
  • •Ensure proper inventory levels for the next shift, discard waste timely, and provide shift-change communication and reporting.

  • •Basic troubleshooting/problem-solving and basic math skills for manufacturing production metrics.
  • •Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and oral).
