Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full product design process from inception to execution, from demand insight to implementation.
  • •Translate qualitative and quantitative research into innovative design strategies in partnership with product, development, and marketing.
  • •Create key design artifacts such as user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interaction design, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
  • •Drive design for growth-oriented products/marketing initiatives to improve conversion and engagement.
  • •Collaborate with design system, UX writing, and brand teams, and run design reviews/workshops to elevate design quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of consumer-facing internet product design experience, ideally on large platforms or complex/global products.
  • •Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity mockups.
  • •Experience designing growth products, conversion flows, and user acquisition/retention mechanisms.
  • •Practical user research experience, including A/B testing and usability testing.
  • •Fluent in both Chinese and English for work communication with international teams.
