Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules across project phases from engineering through start-up.
  • •Review EPC contractor baseline schedules for compliance with ADNOC requirements, project objectives, and contractual obligations.
  • •Establish and maintain WBS, coding structures, and schedule control systems; evaluate deliverables for schedule integrity and logic.
  • •Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, including delay analysis and impacts from design changes, queries, and site issues.
  • •Monitor progress against baselines, run variance and earned value analysis, prepare execution schedules, and produce management reporting (progress curves, KPI dashboards, forecasts).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within the oil & gas industry.
  • •Significant experience supporting major onshore and offshore Greenfield developments.
  • •Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling and project controls for large EPC, EPCM or PMC projects.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
