Key Responsibilities

  • •Support subsidiary governance and regulatory reporting for the Corporate Secretary’s Office.
  • •Coordinate audit requests, regulatory examinations, and internal reviews by managing documentation, responses, and remediation activities.
  • •Monitor regulatory and governance obligations to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day operations of the subsidiary management team, including prioritizing work, managing initiatives, ensuring execution, and escalating issues.
