Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate site development project phases, including schedules and coordination with on-site groups to maximize productivity.
  • •Manage contractors, including RFPs, specifications, supplier selection, and construction contract management through close-out.
  • •Provide technical engineering support to ensure construction and maintenance complies with applicable standards, codes, and specifications.
  • •Commission, operate, and maintain facilities and equipment (including HVAC, high power systems, cranes, lighting, security, and fire protection) and ensure reliability/maintainability.
  • •Develop cost estimates and materials requisitions, execute site capital expenditure processes, and respond to facility emergencies and readiness procedures for hurricanes and environmental threats.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of professional experience with facilities engineering and/or construction.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
  • •Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgement and personal initiative.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
