Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO initiatives while improving productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers by providing a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and resolving client needs quickly.
  • •Build client relationships daily and educate guests and staff on ALO products, community, and culture.
  • •In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports and support action plans focused on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Support store operations including sales floor coverage, workforce solutions, shipment processing, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedure execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred prior experience in a client-centric sales environment.
